) Abstract: According to the theory of interaction between polarized light beam and birefringence crystal particles, the relationship of the rotation frequency on the laser power and the influencing factors on this relationship were studied in the optical tweezers, it was analysed by MATLAB simulation
It was obtained that the rotation frequency was proportional to the laser power, the effects of the radius of particle and phase etc were also discussed
It gives some reliance on controling the rotation speed of particles
