） Abstract： Revenue Assurance, which is rapidly developing all over the world has been a pillar of operators

On the other hand, WebGIS application has become an increasingly widespread

This paper makes an analysis through revenue loss, using the revenue assurance project as a prototype which the author participated in, introduced a revenue assurance system model integrated GIS

Including the structure of the model, the data from the experience indicated that the system can work well, also it can effectively compensate for the revenue loss in the operating progress and reduce the operating risks
