) Abstract: Based on the purpose of reducing CO2 welding spatter, CO2 gas shielded arc welding controlled by magnetic field technology is studied in this paper
Discussing the mechanism of extra longitudinal low frequency magnetic field on transition frequency, and identify the extra longitudinal low frequency magnetic field parameters by manipulating experiment data
The influences of different magnetic field parameters on arc stability were analyzed on this basis
The results show that high frequency of droplet transfer, low spatter and stable arc shape can be acquired when exciting current is two ampere and magnetic field frequency is sixty hertz, and it is the best parameters in this experiment situation
