） Abstract： In this thesis people are divided into two parts according to their Income level
The -coefficient is deducted from microeconomic theory measuring inner income disparity
Income disparity effect, gross income effect and their substitution effect are also measured in this thesis
We use data surveyed in three counties in Jiangsu province to quantify each effect with comparison
Results show that counties in different developmental stages have distinct effects in boosting gross consumption
The government should adopt active policies to raise gross income other than pay too much attention to narrowing the gap between the rich and poor in large areas of rural China
