BFDP诱导细胞凋亡、耗竭GSH的机理主要是与BFDP活性氧产生有关
在光照条件下3种化合物(5 μmol/L)中BFDP对HeLa内GSH耗竭作用最强
) Abstract: Three fullerene derivatives including a bisadduct of tetraethyl methano[60] fullerenediphosphona- te (BFDP)、a dimalonic acid[60]fullerene ((DMA C60)and fullerol were used to study the relationship between their photo-induced GSH depletion and structures
Their effects on the GSH of human HeLa cells were determined by DTNB assay
We found that BFDP(5 μmol/L)was the most effective on GSH depletion among them
And the longer BFDP incubated with cells after irradiation, the higher the rate of GSH depletion and cell apoptosis
In addition, reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavengers were able to partly prevent GSH depletion
The results indicated that the photo-induced cell apoptosis and GSH depletion of BFDP was mainly related to ROS production
