） Abstract： With the principle of 16QAM,the text puts forward one scheme that adopts scene programmable pieces of array (FPGA) to realize the hardware circuit of 16QAM taking shape FIR digital wave filter
Based on the idea of distributed arithmetic, useing the rich look-up table of FPGA
,the programme shapes to the based signal from the 24-hour directly
The computational methods it uses is small in volume and high in accuracy, so the scheme applices to real-time systems
