） Abstract： This paper summarizes the present situation of the exploitation and utilization of coal resources, and the influence on ecological environment in china and analyzes the policy on how to deal with the environmental protection of coal resources in our country
Some countermeasures are put forward to perfect correlative laws and intensify the supervision, finance and technology, in order to exploit and utilize it rationally in according with the actuality of coal mine environment
