） Abstract： In order to improve the data transfer rate to meet the business needs of users, mobile communication radio resource management system was put forward higher requirements for mobile operators
A proportional fair resource scheduling program was designed for uplink systems of LTE/LTE-A in this thesis
It used the sliding window mechanism to allocate radio resources for the user to search for the optimal resource group in the system resources
Simulation results show that the improved scheme can effectively improve system throughput and RB utilization, further enhancing the spectral efficiency of the system
