) Abstract: Objective In order to study the effect of total flaveos of Gymostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb)Mak on training mice free radical injury, exhaustive exercise time and glucose metabolism
Methods The model of maximal training for animal is set up
the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and content of MDA in cardiac muscle, the activities of LDH, CK, GOT in serum were determined, exhaustive exercise time and hepatin content in exhaustive exercise mice were tested
Results After exhaustive exercise ,compared with moving control mice group, the activities of SOD, GSH-Px in cardiac muscle increased , content of MDA declined in the TFG-given mice groups ( P < 0

the activities of LDH, CK, GOT in serum were lowered more than that of moving control mice group in the different degrees
To increase muscle, liver hepatin content in exhaustive exercise mice and prolong mice exhaustive exercise time
Conclusion It suggests TFG can effectively protect exercise cardiac damage and inhibit fatigue
) 摘要: 目的 研究绞股监总黄酮对运动小鼠心肌自由基损伤、力竭运动时间及糖代谢的影响
结果 灌服绞股蓝总黄酮组小鼠力竭运动后心肌SOD、GSH-Px活性均显著高于相应运动对照组(P<0.05)
力竭运动时间和力竭运动小鼠肌糖原和肝糖原含量
补充绞股监总黄酮组血清酶CK、GOT、LDH活性均不同程度低于运动对照组
结论 绞股监总黄酮对运动造成的心肌组织损伤有明显的保护作用
而心肌MDA含量明显低于相应运动对照组(P<0.05)
