In general, multilevel modulation is carried out from the amplitude, frequency and phase of the signal

In previous studies, for example, it is generally FSK-ASK, DQPSK-ASK, PSK-ASK modulation, etc
, but in this paper innovatively presented CSRZ_FSK_QAM_APol new modulation formats
From the theoretical point of view, by using IQ modulator, a Mach-Zehnder interferometer, and other instruments, combined with mathematical derivation, cascading different modulation formats
From the point of view of the simulation, the construction of different modulation modes is realized by using Simulink module
The simulation results show that the advantages of FSK, ASK and PSK can be integrated with the advantages of various modulation formats and can generate a complementary effect on different modulation formats
Therefore, this new modulation format is very suitable for the current optical fiber link signal transmission
