45 μm microporous membrane and precipitated by 75% ethanol, separated by DEAE-52 cellulose column with gradient NaCl and then, got the peach gum polysaccharide degradation products PGP-1
PGP-1 can promote the growth of the Bifidobacterium and Bacillus and has an inhibition to the the growth of Enterococcus faecium
PGP-1 have strong scavenging ability on hydroxyl free radical and DPPH free radical
