） Abstract： Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization of China developed well together with its foreign trade
This paper studies the relationships between trade globalization and urbanization of population with the panel data of 31 provinces in China
The results shows that urbanization is the causes of trade globalization, and it also makes the conclusion that geographic factors influence trade globalization
In the end of the paper, the author puts forward some advice for related departments of the country
