） Abstract： IAiming at the production problems of magnetic field sensors which the authors have developed for detecting key parameter of smelting of submerged arc furnaces, an intelligent detection system is designed
Three axial perpendicular helmholtz coil is made as the magnetic field signal source
The technical indexes of magnetic field sensors are intelligently analyzed and diagnosed in the environment of LabVIEW
The generation method of magnetic field is introduced, and the design processes and implementation cases of the system are presented
This system is easy to operate, high efficiency and low cost in the mass production detection of magnetic field sensors, and plays a key role for the small batch production of the sensors
