） 摘要： 采用常规石蜡切片法对濒危植物黄山梅的大、小孢子发生和雌、雄配子体发育进行了观察
（2）小孢子母细胞进行减数分裂产生四面体型四分体
结果显示：（1） 花药壁由4 - 5层细胞组成
成熟花粉粒为两细胞型
绒毡层的发育属于分泌型
雌配子体
药壁的发育属于双子叶型
雄配子体 Li Xiaohong
bitegminous and crassinucellate
The mature embryo sacs were of the Polygonum type
These results suggest that mega- and microspores and male- and female gametophytes were not the endangered bottleneck
