） Abstract： This article introduces a system implementation method of configuring FPGA through PCI interface of DSP chips
The method is developed on a basis of thorough research on FPGA configuration solutions and requirement of measurement system for wireless networks
Here, basic flow of the implementation method and key problems in configuration process are presented
In this way, FPGA can be configured neatly and completely software-based
The design described in this article has passed the hardware test, and has been applied in the system of terminal testing successfully
