In order to study the application of magnetic nanoparticles in biomedical fields, we adopted stober methods to synthesize the Fe3O4/SiO2 nanocomposite, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) showed that silicon dioxide has successfully wrapped up onto the surface of Fe3O4 particles, and the nanocomposite present good dispersion and uniform size distribution
