） Abstract： The paper introduces the impact on the distribution protection for the connection of the distributed generation
The issues include protective device coordination problems and reducing the range of impedance relays as well as influence the voltage level in the distribution line because of the connection of the distributed generation into the distribution system
Then this paper analyzes the effect on fuse blowing and false tripping of the breaker; also, it indicates the potential risk of forming islanded systems as well as the auto reclosure issue
