a topic attracts the attention of human being all over the world
In recent years, the extreme climate frequently occurs of China severe cold regions, thus leads to the building energy consumptions increase and the winter indoor thermal comfort decrease
This paper selects rural dwellings as the research object, and based on the meteorological data of Harbin in 63 years, applies the frequency distribution analysis to obtain the extreme temperature values under different recurrence intervals, meanwhile taking these values as the outdoor design conditions, simulates and compares the building energy consumption in different conditions ,so as to reveal the effects of climate change on building energy consumption of heating in winter and provide the quantitative basis for the energy-saving optimization design of rural dwellings in severe cold regions
