） Abstract： Through analysis of the case about land acquisition in Qilihe district, we should conclude the problem such as follows: the drafts was out of original range, the announcement and rank lacked the procedure of hearing, the standard of compensates was low excessively, the way of compensates was solely and so on, in the view of the question which existed, proposed the corresponding countermeasure
