） Abstract： The rotary kiln is the center equipment in the cement production,and the status of its operation is directly related to the normal operation of enterprises
If the kiln runs too long in the deplorable working conditions,it will cause bending and deformation, which led to the support roller load power imbalance,and to a large extent,will increase mechanical wear and cracks,even severely reduce the life of the internal firebricks
Labview-based, through three points laser-based measuring instrument measuring the rotary cylinder center,we can be easily calibrated to monitor the operation of the kiln body
The article detailed illuminates the principle of cylinder center measurement and the data processing
