） Abstract： This paper discusses the origin, types and control measures of bias in technology assessment
The authors address that the bias originated from the subject, object and outside factors of technology assessment
The types of bias based on the time order are classified into two categories, ex ante, and process bias
Finally, the authors give some control measures of assessment bias aim to subjects
