A registration and target tracking algorithm with unscented kalman filter based on Earth-Centered Earth-Fixed Coordinate System is presented
This algorithm considers not only the geometry of the global, but also the easy to implement the UKF
Finally, the simulative results are show the algorithm has better solved the registration and tracking between the long distance sensors
