) 摘要: 针对目前基于无损检测方法推定混凝土早龄期抗拉强度研究较少
得出了基于无损检测技术推求混凝土早龄期抗拉强度的方法
试验结果表明普通C30混凝土和普通C50混凝土的早龄期抗拉强度和波速都是随着龄期的发展而增大
本文通过静载拉伸破坏性试验和超声波无损检测试验两种方法相结合的手段
针对这一规律对试验数据进行了回归分析
) Abstract: In view of the papers in the concrete’s non-destructive method domestic and overseas, found that there is not enough research of concrete early-age tensile strength based on non-destructive method, this paper, in using of static load tensile destructive testing and ultrasonic examination testing, the two experimental methods to study and forecast the concrete tensile strength at the early age
There were two different ways of experiment, destructive testing and non-destructive testing
The testing started at the first day after casting the samples and subsequently the 3rd, 5th,7th, 14th and 28th
The Destructive testing is for obtaining the tensile strength and the non-destructive testing is for obtaining the ultrasonic velocity of the same sample at the same age
According to the results of experiment, the relation between the tensile strength and ultrasonic velocity for the concrete C30 and C50 was obtained; this is very useful and practical for the domain of construction and research of the cracking in concrete at the early-age
