The Dynamic Stockholderns Rights Drive Model is based on the delimiting of the static stockholderns rights proportion in advance which each staff enjoys (initial stockholderns rights proportion), and then it derectly calaculate the new propotion according to the contribution of the service (project) he has managed and his initial stockholderns rights proportion, so this is a kind of method not only according to the capital but also the working performance

） Abstract： The Dynamic Stock Ownership System is a kind of new stockholderns rights drove pattern which is founded by the government of City Xiangfan, Province Hubei of CHINA
It is established for managers, engineers, salesmen and so on
This stockholderns rights drove pattern profited from the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Executive Stock Options, unified our country national condition, and has obtained very good effect in practice
But, the Dynamic Stock Ownership System also has some weakness
We may discover that, the certain aspects in Dynamic Stock Ownership System execution such as the essential person selects, post stock specified amount determination and the contribution stock assignment, also has very big subjectivity
It was still continuing the very complicated relation with the traditional system
If paying not enough attention, it will inevitably destory the drive effect of the Dynamic Stock Ownership System
Moreover, the Dynamic Stock Ownership System has more exactly displayed its Merits as a kind of “the multi-merit fusion”, that is, it’s a kind of compound innovation, but not a independent innovation system
The Dynamic Stock Ownership System is restricted to the enterprise which has adopted the joint stock system or the stock cooperation system
Its application mode has not yet realized the standardization
