） 摘要： 本文对单星对卫星无源定轨的方法进行了初步的讨论

） Abstract： This paper addresses the method of satellite-to-satellite passive locating problem

It considers the situation of using bearings-only measurement

In this situation, it analyses how to establish the state equation and the measurement equation

Then it discusses the choice of filtering methods

Furthermore, it introduces a new filtering method, called Unscented Kalman Filtering (UKF), to realize the algorithm adopted by the paper

Finally it analyses this algorithm by simulation results
