From a viewpoint of the physical interaction, we point out some essential errors hidden in the Einstein\\\ns theory and describe in detail why these errors were occurring
Finally, the physical nature of the Einstein\\\ns mass-energy equation is discussed
It is emphasized that the elativistic increase of the mass of a moving body is physically untrue
Moreover, we consider that the mass of an atom contains two parts: the intrinsic-mass and the binding-energy-mass, the former mass cannot be converted into energy, while the latter mass can be converted into energy directly in accordance with the mass-energy relation
Besides it\\\ns shown clearly that the so-called mass-energy conversion is essentially the release of binding energy in the atoms
