This article defines those core concepts, points out the routes of the faculty re-development and its risk, we use the theory of risk management to analyze the harm and its evadable strategy of those risks, which may help to advance the rational steady fluxion and improve the faculty’s accomplishment, to insure the higher education quality of this phase
