即通过显微镜将被观察物体(细胞)以光信号传入系统中,通过CCD图象传感器将光信号转变为电信号;此信号是标准的黑白全电视信号(模拟视频信号),再经过视频预处理,A/D采样,转化成数字视频信号

That is, the thing (like cell) is transmitted into the system as an optical signal by microscope, then it is transmitted into an electrical signal by CCD
The signal is the black-white television signal, then it is transmitted into a digital signal
At last, the digital signal is transmitted into a PC computer and displayed
