） Abstract： In this paper, we describe the evolution of the current Internet network architecture, and then proposed an Identity and Locator Split based Routing Architecture for Next Generation Internet (RANGI)

The new architecture supports hierarchical host identity (HHID) and hierarchical routing

We introduce the RANGI and maps system designed under the new architecture in detail

At last we verify the functional of the new architecture
