） Abstract： Profit model, strategy and Balanced Scorecard closely relate
Balanced Scorecard makes strategy and profit model join together, which makes strategy transform into profit model, and further makes profit model transform into weapon of action
Based on the strategic management perspective, from a strategic dimension to continue to extend, this paper firstly outlines the basic principles of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and then designs the application of BSC in the profit model, and finally sets out the optimization point mode of BSC in the profit model
