) 摘要: 应用Sn-Co共掺的方法在Mn50Ni50合金中建立了一个宽达385 K的温度窗口
在建立的温度窗口中,根据Sn和Co元素在Mn50Ni50-x-ySnxCoy (0 ≤ x ≤ 11, 0 ≤ y ≤ 14)的含量不同,样品的磁结构相变温度可以在115 K到500 K的范围内变化,同时,奥氏体的居里温度的变化范围为285 K到565 K
在室温附近和50 kOe的外磁场变化下,Mn50Ni34Sn8Co8的制冷能力大约为153 J/kg
此外,在温度接近500 K时和15 kOe外磁场变化下,Mn50Ni30Sn6Co14的制冷能力大约为47 J/kg

) Abstract: In order to identify a material with a wide temperature window for a magnetostructure transformation, Sn-Co co-doping in Mn50Ni50 alloy was explored with the result that a 385 K temperature window was established
Within this window, the magnetostructure transformation temperature varies from 115 K to 500 K and the Curie temperature of the austenitic phase varies from 285 K to 565 K depending on the Sn and Co content in Mn50Ni50-x-ySnxCoy (0 ≤ x ≤ 11, 0 ≤ y ≤ 14) ribbons
The refrigerant capacity for Mn50Ni34Sn8Co8 near room temperature was found to be 153 J/kg for a field change of 50 kOe, and for Mn50Ni30Sn6Co14 near 500 K was found to be 47 J/kg for a field change of 15 kOe
