） Abstract： The plastic industry of China has been developing fast during the several decades, especially in the 20 years of reform and opening-up; its average annual growth rate is over 10% and has got splendid achievements
This article begins with the analysis of the leading industry of Taizhou in Zhejiang province, and expounds the industry economics theories, then introduces and analysis the position, formation history and formation reasons of the plastic industry which is one of the five leading industries in Taizhou, and at last proposes countermeasures for its facing issues
The case of Taizhou Dadi dengshi corporation is briefly quoted in the article
