） Abstract： The workflow engine is the core of workflow management system, and its ability of dynamicity and adaptability has direct impact to the flexibility of workflow management system
For providing the flexibility of the management system, in this paper, we propose the structure supporting dynamic modification, and address an engine component function and the tactics running process , and emphasize the applying of handover policy in the engine
