) Abstract: With respect to the problem of multiple attribute decision-making which the attribute values are given in terms of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision making method based on the projection is proposed
Then the calculation steps to solve it are given
As the key step, the projection values are calculated for multiple attribute decision making with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers between every alternative and virtual positive ideal solution and virtual negative ideal solution
Then, according to the projection values, the relative membership degree to the virtual positive ideal solution and virtual negative ideal solution is calculated to rank all alternatives
Finally, an example is illustrated
The result shows the approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate
