分析了采用梯度投影算法与最快下降算法实现多用户检测问题
所提出的算法使用时变步长迭代以避免复杂的相关矩阵的逆运算和传统的MMSE多用户检测算法收敛速度慢的问题
本文深入研究了MMSE多用户检测算法的优化判据和不同迭代算法对收敛特性的影响
） Abstract： Reducing the computational complexity of MMSE multiuser detection algorithms is the key to put them into practice for CDMA systems
In this paper, we studied the MMSE optimization criterion and the convergence characteristics of various iterative techniques in detail
We also analyzed the gradient projection algorithm and the algorithm of steepest descent to implement MMSE multiuser detection
Then we proposed an improved algorithm of steepest descent with noisy gradient
The algorithm uses time-varying step iteration to avoid the problems of complex inverse operation of correlation matrices and the low convergence speed in traditional MMSE algorithms
The simulation results show that the algorithm can offer stable convergence and good detection performance
