） Abstract： How does the industrial cluster grow has always been a hot topic in the academic circle
However the existing findings are often partial in the static explanation, not dynamic rational description
Thus, according to the characteristic of the industrial cluster, this paper makes use of the evolutionary game theory to the industrial cluster\\\ns growth process and has carried on the theoretical analysis and the simulation to the model
Finally, this paper obtained the conclusion that the industrial cluster’s growth is mainly decided by the gathering income, the entering income as well as the initial start energy three factors
This paper is aimed to provide certain instructions to the industrial cluster\\\ns growth
