So it Should seize new opportunities and take the road of development by leaps and bounds
This paper uses Strategic Research and SWOT analysis of the competitive analysis, and analysises Ningbo Port about facing internal strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities and threats
And it will find out favorable factors of Ningbo port’s development, as well as the development of the Ningbo Port’s negative, which factors is necessary to avoid
And then coming up with the strategies and recommendations for promoting the development of the Ningbo Port
This is of great importance for revitalization and promotion of Ningbo and Zhejiang Province as well as the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta
