） Abstract： China’s economic operation has shown some phenomena like substantial increase in foreign exchange reserves and the continued appreciation of the RMB exchange rate from the year of 2007 to 2008, which was caused by excess liquidity, inflation and the “double surplus” of current and capital accounts
Also, there is bound to have some links between these phenomena
This paper does a research on the intrinsic mutual transmission mechanism as well as finds out the inherent contradictions by analyzing the characteristics and causes of these phenomena
Finally, this paper put these mechanisms into a systematic framework
