） Abstract： Traditional cross-border electronic commerce entrepreneurship has some problems in achieving high quality goods, logistics and trends to take a long time to complete the transactions and recycle funds
This paper analyzes present situation of Chinese cross-border electronic commerce entrepreneurship and then proposes export and import entrepreneurship models from the perspective of the construction of electronic commerce platform
Then combined with actual situations, it suppoeses some suggestions about the entrepreneurship of electronic ecommerce enterprises
