） Abstract： By using econometric models , this paper analyzes the economic effects of China\ns 1978-2008 financial education expenditures
Namely, it studies the relationship between China’s financial education expenditures and gross domestic product (gdp), fiscal revenues, as well as urban and rural incomes
The results show that China\ns financial education expenditures has positive economic effect, respectively, a positive correlation between gdp, a positive correlation between fiscal revenues, and no significant correlation between people’s income
The resultings show there is great need of increasing China\ns financial education expenditure
Conclusions of the study have a certain reference value
