） Abstract： Shaft sinking through coal seams is the special cases of rock cross-cut coal uncovering,“four-in-one” comprehensive outburst prevention measures need be taken for ensuring the safety when opening the key index over the critical value of outburst-hazard coal-bed,not only shortening the time of cutting through coal seam,but ensuring cut through coal seam safely
Proper technology of coal exposure is the key role on the time of cutting through coal seam and safety,according to the process of Shaft Sinking through Coal Seams in complicated geological condition,combined with the situation of Qing Dong Coal, discussesing the proper process of Shaft Sinking through Coal Seams in complicated geological condition when the key index over the critical value of outburst-hazard coal-bed ,which have guiding significance to safely cutting through coal seam in other geological condition
