） Abstract： Consider the communication channel given by a linear fiber optical transmission line
Firstly, find out the relation between input and output in the frequency field
Secondly, get the time domain expression by inverse Fourier transform
At last, apply the methord of Information theory and we obtain the channel capacity of a single mode pptical fiber communication system under dispersion
Some conclusions guiding sense are showed by parameter analysis
