） 摘要： 本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对长沙市公务员体育生活方式现状研究
结果显示长沙市公务员的生活方式不太合理、体育参与的次数少、强度低、体育人口比例偏低、体育锻炼内容成多元化发展、场地器材简单的基础项目为主等现状

） Abstract： This paper mainly the use of literature, questionnaire survey research methods, such as Civil Servant of Changsha City Sports lifestyle status of research, results showed that the civil service way of life in Changsha City less reasonable, less the number of sports participation, intensity, low PE ratio of partial population low physical activity into the diversity of content, the venue of the easy basic equipment, such as project-based status quo, r a more detailed analysis of the hope of the masses for the Civil PE formulate policies, measures to provide a reference
