) 摘要: 目的:探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和促炎细胞因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)对子宫内膜间质细胞Smad2信号通路的影响
用不同浓度的外源性TGF-β1和或IL-1β细胞因子处理ESCs细胞

) Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of TGF-β1 and IL-1β on Smad2 signal pathway in ESCs cells
Methods: The endometrial stromal cells(ESCs) were separated from eutopic endometrium of endometriosis patients, the ESCs were treated with different concentrations of exogenous TGF-β1 or and IL-1β
The expression of transcription factor Smad2 were analysed by In cell weatern
Results: (1) TGF-β1 and IL-1β both could promote ESCs cells to express Smad2 in a concentration-dependent manner
(2) TGF-β1 and IL-1β have synergistic role to up-regulate ESCs cells expressing Smad2
Conclusion: TGF-β1 and IL-1β both could activate ESCs cells Smad2 signal pathway and they have a synergistic effect, which maybe change the biological activity of ESCs cells, conducive to the growth of ESCs cells in ectopic milieu, contributing to the onset and development of endometriosis
