） 摘要： 本文开始分析了以往中国联通各省的缴费卡系统存在的问题
） Abstract： In this paper, on the basis of analyzing problems in China Unicom ’s payment card system, we proposed the construction goals about the new payment card system in BSS system
Then we introduced the framework of the new generation of BSS system and the position of payment card system in BSS system as well as the payment card system’s function models
Connecting the card payment system with the principles of the data model ,we put forward the principles and the methods about the payment card system ’ data model and designed the data model of the system :conceptual data model and logical data model
We also take a simple business process as an example to describe how the business is processed based on the data model and to prove the rationality and rightness of the data model
