Annexin V/PI双染和流式细胞计数观察NM和CDM培养下及分别给予血小板源性生长因子PDGF或EGF刺激的前列腺癌凋亡细胞数目差别
结论：低胆固醇培养条件下前列腺癌细胞生长抑制
在siRNA 抑制PC-3 细胞中的PHB后
