） Abstract： DanLou tablet was developed from the traditional Chinese Medicine formula Gualou xiebai baijiu tang,The pharmacological study of Danlou tablet mainly focused on hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis, Recent advance in the chemical components and pharmacological reaearch of Danlou tablet were reviewed and analyzed using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis software
,It remains a great challenge in identification the of bioactive chemical components of Danlou tablet and elucidation their pharmacological effects
The combination of chemical biology and network pharmacology approaches will facilitate our understanding of the cardiovascular mechanisms of the action for Danlou tablet
