) Abstract: objective: to study the characteristics of myocardial cell energy metabolism changes of acute and chronic blood stasis syndrome of coronary artery disease
Methods: (1) using FluxExplorer software platform to build up the coronary heart disease, myocardial cell energy metabolism network model of blood stasis syndrome
(2) application of GC - MS technology and automatic blood gas analyzer from healthy control group, chronic coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease in acute blood stasis of blood stasis syndrome in rats model of coronary arterial blood glucose, fatty acids and blood oxygen content; (3) the results into network model, through the analysis of shadow price under different state of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease characteristic parameters change
Results: (1)three groups of glycolytic, lipidmetabolism and the TCA cycle has beenactivated, but after the netwo-rk operationsmetabolite values were significantly differentin each group showed a healthy control group> group of CHD chronic blood stasis syndrome > group of CHD in acute blood stasis trend
(2) three groups of fatty acids,glucose of energy metabolism in myocardialcells and blood oxygen content and yield of ATPshowed a decreasing trend, and three groups ofkey enzymes of Glycolysis (HK, PFK, PK), key enzymes of the TCA cycle (Cs, Icdh, Od) showed consistent changes
Conclusion: acute blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and coronary blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease of different forms are closely relatedto levels of myocardial energy metabolism inthe body
