How to solve this problem? This paper researches this problem---- it designs some strategies on enrollment scheme of one Hunan higher vocational college\ns six professions in 2009 by simulation,by using average number algorithm
It plobes talent market needs,makes scientific analysis on enrollment scheme of higher vocational colleges by some examples, it also discusses other design strategies in the end
