） 摘要： 本文从大学专业课教师绩效管理的概念出发,利用比较法系统的分析了大学专业课教师绩效管理的价值,指出了当前我国大学专业课教师绩效管理的一般模式
并且提出了较为全面的大学专业课教师绩效管理制度
从而提出了教师绩效管理指标体系以及其权重的分析
并对大学专业课教师职能进行分析
） Abstract： This article from the University of Professional Teachers in performance management concept, the use of comparative law literature a systematic analysis of the university teachers, performance management, the value of specialized courses that the University of Professional Teachers in our country the general pattern of performance management, and analysis of the functions of the University of Professional Teachers in to put forward indicators of teacher performance management system and the analysis of their weight, and put forward a more comprehensive performance management system for university teachers in specialized courses
